My guess it that capturing the US embassy in Baghdad is high on his priority list. Thousands of American there plus it is guarded by US Marines. I certainly hope all non essential personal are out of there and a plan is it place to evacuate quickly if need be. And I hope "the plan" includes high explosives.
They can teach their kids a little Spanish and they can come in easily through Mexico.
