The problem is that the Obama administration is transporting the children across state borders by plane. Brewer can’t stop him.

I don’t see why the Governors of the various States cannot stop this. All States must have laws on the books which forbid the exploitation of children, and those laws are felonies. Governors should direct their State Attorneys Generals to start indicting Federal Officials on State Charges who are involved in this mass criminality.
