Doesnt wait for Congress to give approval to bomb Syria. Helps ISIS in doing so. ISIS attacks and overthrows nothern Iraq yet wont answer an allies plea. Let me guess, he’s going to wait for Congress on this one?

No, Obama isn’t going to wait on Congress, he has to check with the EU and with the UN first. I fear that by the time Obama does make a decision on Iraq, it will be too late.
