Can he pardon non-citizens?
can he pardon a non-citizen? Or are presidential pardons limited to citizens?
But since illegals would still be illegal, they'd commit a brand new crime the second the pardon was issued. From the second that pardon went into effect, and on, they'd be committing a new, unpardoned crime.
The Supreme Court can rule a cat is a dog if they want to.
I’ve been looking for a link to the story and have not found it yet. Rush has continued talking about it but it seems he is emphasizing that it will NOT happen. There seems to be a push by Obama to try and force the Republicans to impeach him so he can drum up support (a la Clinton) among his base for the elections in November. Just my two cents.
Make him write it out for every single undocumented worker...
that’ll keep him busy.
Obama says so.*
I wish the government would put our a .org website telling which laws we do not have to follow.
Good question. The Constitution just says the President can issue "pardons and reprieves". I would guess, yes, if it is an offense against the US. Better be careful, he's going to pardon the mullahs.
If Obama does this he will assure democrats that blacks and illegals will vote for democrats.
He will also assure Republicans that everyone else will vote Republican..
They could build a web site with a wheel of fortune style theme.
Spin the wheel, that’s the law,, and the media spins along..
As long as you’re a leftist on a mission.
I assume that Obama will PERSONALLY sign each of the pardons. If not, I SURE AS HELL hope that the courts get to weigh-in on that.
