You cannot integrate into society and become successful when you are part of the underground economy.

Thing is...it depends on your definition of being "successful". I would imagine most of them can do better here earning "day labor" wages and shopping at the Salvation Army store for clothes than they would do down there. It's actually quite amazing how well people can live in the USA on very little money.

I know quite a few of these people and would like to be a part of regular society.

Their legal status precludes that.

One girl is a hottie but, can only work under the table.

She wishes she could get a real job. Not possible.
