It will be a contest between “the next guy in line”, the liberal McCarthy, and two conservative Texans: Hensarling and Sessions.
I kinda hope McCarthy is forced upon us so next year Boehner and his whole team gets thrown out.
Most likely though one of the Texans will get it to unify the caucus.

Well .. Hensarling was personally picked by Boehner when the last Congress started .. so even though he’s been sort of in the background, I don’t really know if he’s a good choice or not.
