Yes, he is by lumping Cruz and Paul. Paul can change his ways and join up with Cruz. Or Paul can keep going the way he is going and KMA.

We need Rand Paul. He's all over the place with his views, but he attracts voters away from the pre-ordained elite in both parties. During Cruz's 21 hours, Rand Paul was there, asking tough questions for sure, but questions tha seemed to keep Cruz's magnificent intellectual and speaking skills from slowing down.

I don't like his support of Mitch McConnell and recognize he's not a constitutional conservative purist. But I do like him on our side.
