Yes, I’m aware of his statements on this. A blemish in total (though I agree that the main issue is the swap itself rather than the idiocy of Bergdahl), but still he’s way better than Boehner and anyone else in the leadership circle.
I’d say Steve King should go for it, but I don’t think the support is there from the middle of the caucus.

The key point is the facts of the ill advised exchange, then investigate Bergdahl - Talibanny Daddy is a nutball we have a right to be a nutball in the US. But Bergdahl's actions deserve all the scrutiny, and one way or another they will get it. I can go along with leaving the family alone as long as they DEAL WITH the deserter himself.
