I believe that some colleges may potentially be afraid of having a bad reputation and that would be a reason it could be swept under the rug, because they dont want that to come out into the public,Nia Sanchez said. But I think more awareness is very important so women can learn how to protect themselves. Myself, as a fourth-degree black belt, I learned from a young age that you need to be confident and be able to defend yourself. And I think thats something that we should start to really implement for a lot of women.

Yes, Ms. Nevada is the winner. Looking at some of the tweets sent after her statement about being able to defend yourself are simply mind numbing. Sure ladies. Remain defenseless. I'm sure the rapists and muggers will appreciate that very much. Facepalm!

Hey, if Feminazis don’t want to learn self-defense, so be it.

It takes a long time to earn a fourth-degree black belt. Not that it isn’t worthwhile. But in the meantime, it takes less time to learn to be a crack shot at the range with a .38.

I’m not understanding why feminazis would be opposed to self defense.
To: rktman
I can remember when that WAS a feminist stance.

I think she has the right attitude!
We enrolled my nephew in Kung-fu so he could gain confidence and physical coordination. It has come in handy when self-defence has been required, too.

Maybe the Feminazis think a woman should lay back and enjoy it.

They want to claim victim status. Telling women not to learn to defend themselves but to teach men not to rape is kind of like telling people not to do drugs, not to drink and drive, etc. It’s still gonna happen so you have to take care of yourself, you CANNOT expect other people to do it for you.

Feminism is about making woman victims.
To: rktman
So... Feminists don't think women should learn to defend themselves against rapists. Feminists also don't think women should depend on a traditional male to protect them... AND, they seem to believe that all that is necessary is to teach men that rape is bad, and rape will just go away. Makes sense. After all, that works so well with every other sort of crime, doesn't it?
I guess feminists like being raped, or like the idea of being raped? Or they're so screwed up that they don't see the logical implications of their positions on these things?

The way to stop rape is to tell men to stop doing it. Because it never occurred to them to not rape someone.

I don’t know about her 38 but she can carry her fourth degree black belt everywhere she goes.

Feminism is about making woman victims. Yes, precisely. By the leftists/progressives/Democrats. Always has been.

“Im not understanding why feminazis would be opposed to self defense.”
Because they don't want solutions to problems. Feminazis are not on the side of women. As long as they can whine and complain and play the victim, the gravy train will just keep on comin’.
‘Feminists’ lost all credibility during the Bill Clinton years.

But, based on the articulation, captured in text, of here ideas, God must have blessed her with exceptional beauty. That said, her simple mind seems to have the right ideas in it. And she should be congratulated and encouraged for that.
Now, does she vote and for who?
