They are the inventor of the concept. Like I said upthread, the Muslims would be very wise to abandon France under the most favorable terms they are likely to see.
Europeans didn't invent genocide.
It goes back as far as you care to look. Assyrians, for instance.
Or the Amalekites and Canaanites.
In the 1200s the area we now know as Iraq had been a thriving center of civilization for more than 5000 continuous years.
Conquerors had come and gone, often destroying the irrigation systems necessary to a dense population. That dense population then patiently rebuilt them.
The Mongols rolled through in the 13th century, destroyed the irrigation systems, and killed pretty much everyone. The region has never really recovered.
You can also look at the Crow Creek Massacre in what is now SD, around 1325.

Ah, someone who reads history! I have made this point about French bloodlust for years, and posted this comment only about a month ago:
"Europeans have a dark and murderous nature that is just about to explode from beneath its wimpy, EU-induced dhimmitude. When the backlash comes, the foolishly unassimilated Muslims will have nowhere to hide. All that is lacking is a little more humiliation, and a popular uprising will be answered by Europes specialty an ugly strongman who will give the mob what it wants. I have always believed that the bloodbath will start in France."
