Having been made a potentate in matters of economics, Obama has assumed that status for foreign policy. He has ignored law and protocol, acting apart from constitutional restraints, and nothing has been done about it. A legal precedent has been established. Besides, this Congress isn’t going to impeach or prosecute a black president, not after he has symbolized our enlightenment from racism.
