A philosophy worthy of respect. However, your philosophy also gave us Romney and McCain, and reinforced the thought that such candidates really can't win because liberal Republicans can't out-Democrat the Democrats.
I'd rather see candidates who understand that the base is not to be treated as mere rubber stamps but rather are the basis for winning elections. I'm tired of moving to moderate candidates and will no longer do it. They need to come to me. But good luck with your way.
Amen.

I think you’re right. McCain and Romney had very little chance of winning. They were uninspiring candidates who lacked charisma and opposed the very things most conservatives (Americans) want. We have to defeat these RINOs in the primaries, BEFORE they advance. If a RINO makes it to the general election, we’ve lost. From there, it’s only a matter of trying to mitigate the degree of damage that will be done.
That’s what this thread is really all about. It’s not about whether or not Obama deserves impeachment. He does! It’s about what strategy does the least damage to America. The damage is going to be done either way, my FRiend. We’re simply arguing over damage control methodologies.
