I wonder why the tribunals for Gitmo detainees didn’t happen. I know there was an issue when Eric Holder wanted them to have civilian trials in New York City federal court, and due to the uproar, the administration canceled those plans.

But they should still see a military trial take place, to determine their fate.

The only reason was because Obama ultimately wanted to release them all.

All of these people are non-uniformed combatants and are not subject to the Genrva rules for pows.

The can be taken out back of the barn and shot at any time without any recourse whatsoever.
