On Wednesday, Charles Krauthammer came out in favor of the Bergdahl prisoner swap. Savage reax
"Charles Sauerkraut of Fox News a man Ive not been impressed with I think hes way overrated. Because of his sad demeanor, people think hes intelligent. They confuse his dour looks for intelligence. They think somehow if youre depressed-looking, youre smart. "

Savage needs to up his Midol dose.
My experience with psych majors is they’re healing themselves.
There's nothing conservative about that position.
Beat me to it.
Gratuitous attention whoring.
Krauthammer has a distinguished appearance, a modest disposition, and was paralyzed in a diving accident.
Did Savage earn his degrees while paralyzed from the neck down like Krauthammer...?
I somewhat agree with Savage. Krauthammer is an atheist and, therefore ultimately arrives at the logical conclusion of atheists: they have no logical right to claim any moral position.
But he can be right as well as wrong.
+1
Krauthamer is a legitimate MD who can prescribe prescriptions.
Savage claims to have a PhD, which doesn't even come close to a medical degree.........

Or logical.
As much as I like Savage, this is his ego talking and it is not helpful to diminish Krauthammer in this manner.
Isn’t Savage an atheist as well?
Michael Savage is surpassed only by Barak Obama in ego and verbal diarrhea. Due to the contract dustup, Savage replaced Hannity here in Huntsville, Al. Savage is AWFUL!
Apparently not ...more like an agnostic...
Conservative columnist Charles Krauthammer told The Daily Caller in a recent interview that he doesnt believe in God in the traditional sense. But while he doesnt describe himself as an atheist, the popular commentator said that he has a complicated notion of the deity.
I Dont Believe...: Charles Krauthammer Shares His Thoughts on God and the Mystery of the Universe Image source: Twitter/@krauthammer There was once a philosopher who said, I dont believe in God, but I fear him greatly. Thats about where I am, he told the outlet. Ive had a fairly difficult and complicated notion of the deity.

imho, both of these men are brilliant.. often correct... but as several posters have pointed out... sometimes wrong.
The Dr. K has the advantage of not being abrasive like Dr. Savage is so often. There was a time when I just couldn’t bear to listen to Savage he was so offensive towards callers and, yes, his staff in the studio. I try to listen now and sometimes he is on his good behavior (or meds) and he can do a very interesting, and entertaining program.
Other times I find myself rushing to punch the button for another station.
Dr. K is never offensive, and is often quite amusing too with his quiet wit....
All I know is that George Will carries a Charles Krauthammer lunch box!
Sure, doesn’t change that Krauthammer is usually one of the good guys.
Savage loves friendly fire. Probably because it gets him the attention he craves but can’t earn any other way.
Good God, wow..! Same old Savage, I guess, can't say I'm a bit surprised.
I don't have any details on that, but:
Mike's first radio gig was as a midnight fill-in host at KGO radio in San Francisco --he was just starting out so they gave him a super cr*ppy time slot.
Mike was filling in for a super liberal guy, so naturally his audience completely loathed Michael, which suited the management fine (they don't care whether the audience listens out of morbid revulsion or genuine affinity, so long as they listen).
Another one of the hosts there at KGO (and later KSFO, whose host booth was about 4 meters from that of KGO) was Jim Eason, a pretty laid-back, Southern guy who retired about 8 years ago to North Carolina: he had a wide following and his daughter started producing/opping for Mike and the SAME thing happened.
Mike really really beat-up on her, in spite of the working history Mike had with her father. Really made her into a human punching bag. Often for nothing.
Since Mike got syndicated and Jim did not I'm completely sure this falling out of theirs doesn't bother Mike one whit --Mike craves and respects wealth, influence and power and very little else.
Mike has LOTS of talent and blessings, but playing nice and fair is not one of them --he got this management style from his dictatorial father and it was later strongly intensified under his various professors at UC Berkeley.
What he did to Janet, his wife, and Jims daughter he has done to many others, and your story does not surprise me.
Mike CANNOT change this part of his personality, this late in life. I'm not even sure if he's trying, either.
Inwardly Mike would probably dispute very little of what I've typed.
Michael Savage show the most common trait of the self-impressed; he’s easily impressed.
“Im not much impressed with Savage, his intelligence, attitude, demeanor, you name it.”

I agree. Savage, who thinks that he is so much better then all the rest, IS a mental disorder. His demeanor, concerning the other talkers, gets very boring.
