“Why would anyone in their right mind want to visit NK as a tourist?”

Some people like the idea of visiting a “forbidden” land.
I saw a documentary on North Korea that showed it to be a very clean and civilized nation. It was good enough to make one want to go and see if it is real or a total fake.
Who in their right mind would “tour” North Korea ?
The obvious answer is to exchange Obama and four of his White House staff or cabinet members.
Whoever it is, trade The Bomba for him.

Not enough to make most thinking ones want to do such a thing.
It takes very little research to discover the deeply disturbing black satellite images of North Korea at night, which attest to, more eloquently than words, the lack of freedom in that country.
Unless a person is ignorant and incapable of simple research, is unbalanced or reckless, or feels some sort of calling for which he’s willing to risk his life and freedom, the desire to visit such a place is odd.

Please keep in mind....I am/was NOT endorsing the film.
I do know that North Korea is a despicable Commie country.
Seems a rather important matter, to leave out of the article.
Just saying.
Movie:
Dark and stormy night.
Lady, alone in farm house.
Electricity goes out.
Ungodly noises coming from the barn.
Lady lights a candle and heads for the barn.
At this point, I’m rooting for what ever it is in the barn that is about to eat her. Sorry.

No problem.
I didn’t think you were, and I wasn’t commenting on the film but on the idea of visiting that country.
