He has already committed high crimes and misdemeanors. The house should impeach and let the new senate remove or not. Let them bear the brunt of their inaction.

Unfortunately, we are living in a culture that places greater value on perceptions, both of themselves, for public figures, and the perception of others intentions rather than their actions.
