President Barack Obama said Thursday that its hard to see how Britain would benefit by leaving the European Union given that the 28-nation blocs decisions have an enormous impact on its economic and political life.
Britain must make its own choice, Obama said, but insisted that it is always an asset for the United States to know one of its closest allies has a seat at the table in the larger European project.

Hussein is no more a friend to the English people than he is to Americans.
Which is to say — no friend at all.

He means that it won't benefit the big-government/big-corporate crony-fascist complex. He doesn't give a flip about the peasants.

If Obama says this, that means the UK would benefit tremendously from leaving the EU. In fact, were it O’s choice, or if he had more time to inflict himself on us, Obama would like America to be an ‘honorary member’ (read dupe or useful idiot mascot) of the EU.
