Let's be brutally honest here. The only way the U.S. has traditionally dealt with unassimilated minorities from primitive cultures is by putting them on reservations. The problem today is that the "reservations" are urban areas where interaction between the civilized citizens and the unassimilated minorities is unavoidable.
