The media needs to have their "exemption" revoked, just like the American ed system needs a complete overhaul, and go back to Reading Writing and Arithmatic

Yikes
.how subversive can you get
actually knowing the Constitution and what it plainly says. Can’t have that in the New World Order.

Dr. Carson makes a lot of sense from what I have heard from him.
He’s the keynote speaker at a charity dinner I’m attending in September. I’m looking forward to hearing him in person.
To: Cheerio
Earlier in the exchange, Gregory actually lectured Carson on the importance of big government for African-Americans: “Government intervention certainly mattered for African-Americans legislatively, through the judiciary. And certainly beyond just African-Americans, the idea of government stepping in to help people who are being left behind certainly shows evidence of working. Do you agree with that? Is that a fundamental role for government?”
It’s right in your face. The media’s agenda.

“the idea of government stepping in to help people who are being left behind certainly shows evidence of working”
Actually, no it doesn’t. The actual results of this have been devastating to “African American” families.
The only thing that “worked” about it is the self-righteousness it engendered in the liberals who supported it.

Half of America needs their rights revoked until such time as they can understand what they actually are.

That pesky Constitution always hangs radicals up!...just damn!
To: Cheerio
Nail on the head.
CARSON: [...] has the government been helpful? No question. During Jim Crow and things like that, stepping in, in those situations, was a very helpful and needful thing to do. The problem is when you keep extending that, when you take people who are perfectly capable of doing things and you pat them on the head and then you say, “There, there, you poor little thing, we’re going to take care of this and this, you won’t have anything to worry about.”

Half of America needs a course in how radicals want to ruin this country!

...the idea of government stepping in to help people who are being left behind certainly shows evidence of working. The Civil Rights era was not about 'people being left behind'. It was about people who were being systematically and institutionally discriminated against and being forced to say behind. It was supposed to level the playing field, not tilt it in the other direction...................

It’s already ruined. We have to fix what they destroyed. Without liberals in it would be best.

Now you're talking my language!
Of course, to start that process, it will take a strong conservative U.S. President who has shown trustworthiness in matters like these and who can withstand the abuses of the privileged press and has proven it over and over and over.
Too bad there's no one like that out there.
To: Dilbert San Diego
I've heard a lot of speakers say a lot of things that were American, Constitutional, Conservative ... whatever ... and I got fired up and excited, but unless what I hear (or heard) is heard by fence sitters or enemies ... and what I hear or heard has the same impact on THAT hearer as it did me ... so what?
I don't mean to make light of Ben Carson or others ... just commenting on what I think is an important (missing) element in our efforts to re-claim America .... the people that SHOULD be listening .. aint ... and the ones that are .. don't give a shit.
Damned frustrating
