WASHINGTON A gun-control organization led by former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and her husband, former astronaut Mark Kelly, outlined plans Tuesday to support candidates in at least 11 congressional races this year who have backed efforts in Congress to enact stricter gun control laws. Americans for Responsible Solutions said it will support a slate of nine Democrats and two Republicans in 2014 and perhaps more. The group has raised about $14.5 million since it was founded in January 2013 and plans to spend money on television and online advertising and direct mail to help the list of mostly incumbent candidates. We need leaders who are ready to shatter the tired myth that you cant be pro-gun rights and pro-gun violence prevention, Kelly said in a conference call with reporters.

Years ago that might have meant something but I don’t think in 2014 they are going to have as much help. The Giffords have become grifters....so annoying especially that husband of hers. I swear it is embarrassing that he was in the Navy.
Has the IRS hassled them yet?
Why would they?
I assume (perhaps incorrectly) that they have some type of tax exempt status, bit I see they do support a RINO for cover....
You want to know who the Nazis in this country are? There’s a list.
Yeah Gabby. If I had been injured by a lunatic, I'd be disgusted if my spouse used me as a clown also.
As long as you don’t have the words Tea Party, Conservative, Patriot, or Constitution in your name you’re probably fairly safe from the IRS.
Looks like a skit from SNL. She was always Pelosi’s pet poodle. Now she’s her husband’s. Both of them have that weird Svengali and czarina of Russia duo look.
And to think he wants to be a representative. I wonder if he will run in the Tucson to make use of those bumper stickers “ Gabby Giffords still inspiring,” or back in Texas, where she lived with him while she was suppose to be our representative.
In their own words they identify these as rights. One cannot reason with people who simply don't understand their own words.
Actually, this is very significant. If I lived in any of those states, I would thank Giffords for letting me know who not to vote for!
