I had read in an old story, 1 million was requested along with release of the Five, on the table Feb year ago, as well as withdrawal out of Afghanistan under Mullah Omar conditions; whereabouts not verified of present said foreign news story, runs a criminal enterprise, which if we paid, according North, would be a cime if use of taxpayer money; but all this is murky now.
