Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein said Tuesday that the White House told her that it was on oversight that Congress didnt receive the required notification about the prisoner exchange deal that secured the release of U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.
Mrs. Feinstein, California Democrat, said the excuse came from Tony Blinken, President Obamas deputy national security adviser.
Tony Blinken called last night and said that it was an oversight or something to that effect. So I accept that, she told reporters at the Capitol.

In this administration; as long as you’re sorry, it’s alright.
Who knows, perhaps Bergdahl is sorry for what he did.
So Obama didn’t even have the grace to phone Dianne Feinstein himself and apologize to her for his illegal ‘’oversight,’’ instead choosing a minor functionary to do the deed.
And Dianne Feinstein didn’t have the self-respect to be angry that Obama treated her like a virtual non-entity instead of like a leading Senator. What’s the good of being a Senator anyway if the President can make you look like a beaten dog who still follows her master around obediently instead of at least sending out a little bark from time to time?
They can all apologize while committing Seppkuku.
“So we’re good, right”? Four dead Americans can now come back to life.
I can not believe that ANYBODY believes ANYTHING the sock puppets involved with the mac daddy administration say or do.
FU Feinswine, you worthless Commie pink fag.
Oh, just oversight. Just like it was oversight that hussein was never vetted.
“So I accept that. Now out of my way; there’s a sale at Nordstrom.”
right. dianne would feel the same way if bush did this. certainly.
Sorry is for accidentally bumping into someone or for stepping on their toe,not for releasing terrorists.
Exactly. I hate it when the perp laments “making a mistake” instead of using poor judgement or making a bad decision.
It occurred to me just now, that these may be the terrorists that are needed to fly a nuclear weapon onboard MH370 to an American city...
I’m pretty sure these guys are on one or two “watch lists.”
Good point.
