Today more Americans are able to vote than any other day this primary season, in fact this number of voters won’t go to the polls again until November. Eight states are voting today including Mississippi, Iowa, California, New Jersey, South Dakota, Montana, Alabama, and New Mexico....

Repeal of Common Core would be good

The standards aren't the problem: the textbooks approved to implement the standards are the problem. The math methodologies are horrendous and yes, we're getting political statements in texts... but that's not a function of the standards themselves.

Admittedly, it's an easier sound-bite statement to make to simply say 'Common Core is bad', but you could have a whole different set of conservative-minded textbooks that adhere to those standards and we'd all be happy.
