Yup, one county in what appears to be strong Cochran country and one that appears to be strong McDaniel country.
My guess is each is waiting till the end to throw their guy over the top, but the Cochran county is around a city, so they may be trying to play the produce enough votes to win game at the end.
But one county in the southern part of the state isn’t playing.
The two counties not reporting anything yet, both have 19,000+ in population. One surrounded by Thad counties, the other by Chris.
Remember Waukeshaw county in the Wisconsin judge race? They’re probably holding back one in case the powers that be play any games.
Gary Palmer beats Mathis and the bunch to get into the run=off in ALABAMIE.
in CALI 31

Gooch is 89 votes behind in the effort to make it an R vs R general in NOV.
So, the winner may very well be the side that holds two precincts back - one to submit at the end to get the other side to commit theirs, and then one more to go over the top.
Hinds County (Jackson is the county seat) is big and about a quarter of its precincts haven’t reported yet. This could be the county that the Cochran Corrupticrats are holding for the end—with a big DemoncRAT crossover.
We’ll see.
Hinds County just came in with much of its remaining vote and gave a BIG bump to Cochran and the Corrupticrats.

in MT, Rosendale could be the spoiler and let Zinke sneak in.
Not very shocking, is it?
The Democrat machine is being used by Cochran, people should not be surprised
If voting by ratios of Dem to Rep for 0bama, 81% of the vote this time ought to be Dem.
However, they will likely manufacture a disproportionate number of votes for Republican Thad Cochran.
didn’t Jackson elect a black secessionist mayor with 87% of the vote? If so I guess we can see where Hinds votes come from
MS:
Republican 94.5% Reporting
C. McDaniel
49.4% 143,762
T. Cochran (i)
49.0% 142,407
T. Carey
1.6% 4,582
“will” became “did” and now it goes to a run-off
Holmes County is 83.4% Black.
If voting by ratios of Dem to Rep for 0bama, 81% of the vote this time ought to be Dem.
However, they will likely manufacture a disproportionate number of votes for Republican Thad Cochran.

It will be interesting to see the Holmes counts when they come in (currently at 0% reported). This could be the canary in the mine if Cochran gets a huge vote from the county.
and you know the GOPe will never investigate if that Dem county turns out huge for Cochran
MS:
Republican 95.4% Reporting
C. McDaniel
49.5% 144,477
T. Cochran (i)
49.0% 143,071
T. Carey
1.6% 4,593
Does a runoff favor Thad or Chris?
“and you know the GOPe will never investigate if that Dem county turns out huge for Cochran”

I sure hope the McDaniel campaign and its constitutional conservative allies have good poll watchers and lawyers in the counties with outstanding votes. It’s the witching hour for vote fraud and other corrupt election shenanigans.
bump
On the one hand it is a slap in the face for a conservative to come in 2nd in a primary, it makes him look bad and beatable. On the other hand Thad has more cash than McDaniel and he has the Uniparty machine behind him.
