Years ago Californians voted out Chief Justice Rose Bird and two other judges sitting on the California Supreme court. Other than voting in Reagan twice, the best thing the state’s voters ever did.

I lived in California when Bird was legislating from the bench. Sadly, while what she did was so extreme back then that it got her booted off the court, it is now standard M.O. for liberal judges.

If the court wants their decisions to be respected, then they need to be respectable. We are slouching toward anarchy under the current regime and they are too dense to see that there is a breaking point.
