Do his “great parents” include a good born again Christian environment, go to church, etc? Just curious.

Yes, the whole family are steady church goers. Both kids in christian school. Parents aren't blind to his evil streak and are working on it. I hope they prevail, but I have my doubts.

How would you describe his "evil streak?"

Torturing small animals?

Lying about everything?

Obvious lack of empathy and taking delight in the pain of others?

I cannot imagine a 10-year-old being "evil" - maybe disobedient, obstinate, unruly, but not evil.
