Prayer request for basil (Good news updates at #150, 168)

Just received a call from basil. She's in the hospital with psoriasis and could use our prayers. She says she's been in and out of the hospital with this and is feeling poorly. Thank God she has some family members there to comfort her.
Praying she gets well soon and gets to go home. Hospitals are no fun.

Jim, I’ve never tried this but if one turns the gown around will they let the patient go home quicker?

You have my sympathy, Basil. I have psoriasis too, although there are different varieties. I don’t know which you have; mine is called guttate psoriasis. It’s a pain in the patooey, and I just started taking Humira by injection twice a month. I hope you get out of the hospital soon.
Have you joined the chat section of the Psoriasis Foundation online? You find lots of people talking about everything psoriasis. You can find out lots of info and lots of tips on how to minimize the physical manifestations of it. My dad had severe psoriasis, so wouldn’t you know, out of two other sisters, I’m the lucky one who takes after my dad. Genetics strike. Again, hope you keep getting better as fast as possible; psoriasis is no fun as we both know.
