Remember when Medicare and Medicaid was supposed to be an asset to cover medical expenses in old age ?
We paid a mandatory tax percentage out of our salary for those expenses.
Now , under Obama , Social Security , Medicare , and Medicaid now becomes an estate liability.,
because all the politicians looted the Social Security "lock box" and are now short on money ,
and have found a new way to loot the population.
What was already paid into the "lock box" is all gone through wrecklass fiscal irresponsibility by politicians,
and now heirs are expected to pick up the slack .

it’s only an estate liability if you can afford to pay it back...and if you can afford to pay it back, why did you spend our money rather than your own in the first place?
medicaid was supposedly for indigent people who needed care, not to preserve your estate.
