Third, they’re concentrating on the fake lists. They need to be concentrating on why administrators found it necessary to make these fake lists. Obviously, it’s because, for some reason, they weren’t able to treat the number of patients they had. Find out why that is. Then prosecute the liars who made the fake lists and collected their bonuses.
