You didn't even take a look at the neighborhood before flapping your gums did you? If anything this is money wasted on blight that doesn't exist there because its actually a pretty decent neighborhood.
The simple fact is that this money for blight reduction is going to cities all across the county. This just happens to come in the form of HUD money which is always a waste.
