All presidents travel. All presidents take huge support staffs and multiple guests with them when they travel. Stories like this would be far more effective if we had something to compare it to. For example, George Bush did a multi-day swing through Africa late in his second term. How do the costs that his trip incurred compare to what Obama spent? If it comes out that Obama’s costs were 50% higher or 30% higher then it would prove that Obama did “party like a king”.

Do you think George Bush would have done a lavish swing through Africa while this was occurring at home? Remember that we now know the obama regime KNEW this vet honor flight was planning to visit the WW2 memorial, this was no random closure.



Also, fwiw compare the itineraries (and RESULTS) of the Bush trip to that of Obama and clan. Mooch went on safari, Laura and daughters went to hospitals, schools and factories to view malaria mosquito control, AIDS and literacy projects. Drives libs speechless as they fail to recognize the admiration and respect Africa holds for President Bush and his enormous boost in funding to AIDS treatment and research
