Brazil has nearly an even shot at winning the upcoming World Cup, while Japan has none whatsoever. Those are the odds calculated by the investment banking house Goldman SachsGS -0.02% in its World Cup and Economics 2014 report, which gives host country Brazil a 48.5% shot of winning the much-watched international soccer tournament.
Japans chance, on the other hand, is 0.0%

So, Americans speak English, at least most of us. We could possibly be confused for Brits, soccer hooligans or Bravados, whatever they are called may not be the sharpest.
I’m not really excited about it being held in Brazil, there are many great things about that country I’m sure but it’s got a really high crime rate.
