From the sound of it, the Islamic judges aren’t even following the rules of Islam here as to who ought to be counted Muslim. It seem that if a situation makes them mad, that’s enough for them to condemn its participants.
She is an infidel. In the eyes of Islam that alone is enough reason to condemn her.
