Could be. I’m starting to read reports of epa regs on prarie chickens in kansas forcing drilling there to stop. Plus some proposed regs on refiners along the gulf of mexico that will cost them big bucks.
If enough dems are shut out of the congress this fall, the epa may back off. hard to say.
