Actress Mariel Hemingway says filmmaker James O'Keefe should be honest about his intentions and meet face-to-face with her if he wants to discuss fracking.
O'Keefe's Project Veritas released a video last week in which he secretly recorded Hemingway, actor Ed Begley Jr. and documentary filmmakers Josh and Rebecca Tickell. Project Veritas set up the meeting with an actor posing as a Middle Eastern oil sheik promising to bankroll their anti-fracking film if they didn't say who was funding it.

Translation: You be honest so I’ll be able to stop.
The statement alone is all you need to know, she wants to resort to "feelings" and O'Keefe is about "facts" and that hurts feely feelings people's feeling.
Go hump a phallic piece of Gaia, Mariel.
It’s not about fracking you commie b*#tc, it’s about you and your ilk selling America down the road for a few pieces of silver.
Has anyone in Hollywood or in the radical green community denounced these Hollywood hacks for agreeing to take Middle East oil money? Not a peep. All hippocrates.
Stupid lady got busted selling out her country and now wants to get out of it.
Get bent Mariel.
In the interview with her, she said the man they met didn’t look important. I wonder what “important” looks like to her.
Typical liberal. When they get caught saying things they know will get them in hot water they backtrack and look for excuses. I would have a helluva more respect for her and Begley if they would just admit that’s the way they felt and were both proud liberals. Instead they show what phonies they are, and now they want to set the record straight. Nothing for you to explain Miss Hemingway. We know you’re a rabid environmentalist who’s willing to see her country go down the drain in order to preserve a nonsensical environmental worldview.
Hollywood celebrity attempts to remain relevant in the public eye.
My reply to this twit would be that “anyone associating with Ed Begley” is not important.
O’Keefe will never get mainstream credibility if he keeps putting out edited material that twists what people actually say. O’Keefe may indeed have a point about actors being hypocrites..in fact I’m sure they are.
But O’Keefe should be more careful about what he purports to have happened during these ‘stings’. If what really happened is different from the edited version he throws out there, O’Keefe just looks like a fool.
And for goodness sakes, why go after Hemingway and Begley...could there be two less important celebrities?
He caught you out, Mariel. Deal with it. Leave fracking alone (which you know next to nothing about) and talk about genetic depression and suicide - a good cause you do know something about.
” if he keeps putting out edited material that twists what people actually say. “
In what ways has he edited his material?
What, exactly, did he “put out” that was inaccurate? What in his edited report was different from what really happened? Aside from the guilty parties swearing that water is not really wet, I haven’t heard of any problems with the accuracy of his reports.

Hollywood celebrities now consider themselves experts on fracking because they saw the movie. Geeesh! Morons.

Ms Hemingway, playing someone like a lawyer in a movie doesn't mean you can practice law in real life. Playing an 'expert' in an anti Fracking movie, doesn't mean you are an expert. What it means is that you are STUPID!
Exposed as fakes.
They’re unhappy when the mask slips...
