Andrew Tahmooressi, the Marine sergeant and combat veteran jailed in Mexico since March 31 when he inadvertently crossed the border (missing a confusing turnaround point in the road), has a history of severe head trauma and was reportedly recently diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
In the nearly two months since his arrest, he has been held shackled in a cell, first at the notorious La Mesa Prison in Tijuana and now at the federal prison at El Hongo.
Tahmooressi reportedly slit his own throat and tried to escape while held in Tijuana and was then chained to his bed by all four limbs.For someone like Sergeant Tahmooressi, who has a history of PTSD, after serving two tours in Afghanistan, being held in prison could easily spark severe psychiatric symptoms now, and chronically. One way to think about PTSD is to imagine that the mind has failed to compartmentalize stressful memories from the past. Recollections of friends dying violently or other horrific scenes of violence -- all too frequent in war -- are not, when PTSD is present, relegated to memory banks that a person accesses voluntarily. They reverberate too close to the surface of consciousness and can cause paranoia, hyper-vigilance or panic with even minimal (or no) current stresses. The traumatic experiences can also leak out as flashbacks to terrifying scenes one has lived through.
This means that Sergeant Tahmooressi could misinterpret skirmishes in the jail as impending combat. He could truly believe he is unarmed and about to die. He could believe, many times a day, that he is about to be executed.

This is all one big fat false flag.. Barry is allowing this to fester.. Barry wants Americans to taste what DREAMERS families taste when their loved ones are detained here in the U.S.. Nice try, Barry.. This Marine had no intention of breaching Mexico’s borders. This is my take on why this is happening, timed ahead of Democrats and their hopes for passage of immigration reform before the Repubs taken control of the Congress.

Wanna see how fast everyone moves to put an end to this? Block the S 5 entrance into Mexico until this marine is freed. It easily could be done with as few as 8 cars or trucks. Just barricade the border crossing until Mexico agrees to free the marine. (But of course, stay on the US side of the border...) Stop the cars JUST beyond the turnaround point. Sure, a few people might get arrested. A misdemeanor charge to defend a Marine?
Seems like a fair exchange to me.
I think that’s a good idea. It wouldn’t take that many people either to make the authorities reluctant to arrest anybody either. Is border security really willing to put the boots to 50 Americans, especially if it appears that more are on their way?

A bit of a puzzle really, CHP 'jurisdiction' supposedly ends at the turn around point, Border Patrol are charged with preventing people from entering FROM Mexico, jurisdictionally, I'm not sure who would enforce traffic laws in the last few hundred feet to the Mexico border. If all the people claim that they missed the turn around and stopped rather than enter Mexico, I'm not even sure if there would be a citable offense.
And if the citizens lack possession of passports, that'd be a very valid reason to refuse to travel further.

While I already don’t purchase food from Mexico, because it is dangerous, I do buy other products. But NO MORE!
I will not be satisfied until THEY are all dead.
And the war is long overdue.
Negotiate with Mexico?
Nothing to negotiate. Dictate terms. That’s how this should work.
