Any time there is a mass shooting, or a serial killer, or some nut starting a war or anything of the sort, a white male is by far the likeliest candidate to be the perpetrator.

This is such a Eurocentric and limited statement. In Western Civ, bad things as well as good things are mostly at the initiation of whites because : the civ was/is still mostly white.
However if you paddle your boat further, to Africa, Asia, South America, you will find the same things happening with other colored folks.
In proportion to their numbers white males are most likely.
Actually, the main point is that males are more likely than females to be gifted or demented or to cause trouble...and white males in particular.
No reasonable argument can be made that it is not so...
