I’m sure that fluctuates a little. I know for a fact that
some are 25 maybe 35%. Take congress for example......
I would be on the higher end of that percentage scale according to my wife.
I just keep telling her that Neanderthal/Redneck don’t mean stupid.
(or in the case of congress braindead/crooked).
