Come to think of it; I'd like to see an entire session of question limited to true or fals, yes or no questions.

Good idea, Republicans can ask true or false, yes or no questions. The witness is allowed 5 seconds to reply. If there is no reply in the time allowed, the asker assigns an answer of his or her choosing.

Democrats can submit multiple choice questions to Elijah Cummings for approval and then only Cummings can ask those questions to the witness and he’s not allowed to read them. The 5 second rule for answering applies. If there is no reply in the time allowed, Trey Gowdy assigns an answer of his choosing.
