NSA spying, webs of cameras everywhere...every intersection throughout urban areas, surveillance drones, automatic lic plate readers deployed along roadways/mounted on cruisers. IRS suppressing descent during elections, increased intimidation of conservative folks/groups.
Take a look at the link. This is Montgomery, county Texas sheriffs office. Not funny at all. They've already crashed two drones. One into the Bearcat swat van in the picture, the other dunked into Lake Conroe. $300,000. bucks a pop.
The interesting thing is the picture of the arms, armored vehicle, military grade body armor. Protect and serve?
Also, the MCSD and nearby Tomball, Texas Po-Po just acquired MRAPs. Huge armored IED resistant vehicles...for whatever reason.
