Even without the refugees, the Arabs are still between 40-50% of the population of geographical Israel/Palestine. This fact will not go away because it is inconvenient to the dreams of a Jewish homeland. Even in Israel proper they are 20% of the population. They need to be treated with the same dignity that the Jews demand for themselves.

There was nowhere near that number of Arabs in that area back in 1947. Arafat had outbreeding Israelis as one of his goals. Meanwhile, the left gets away with portraying Israel as trying to “exterminate ‘Palestinians’” when the population of “Palestinians” keeps growing.

And it should be noted that the surrounding A-rab nations have also kicked out them out. Mostly because they tried to take over the governments of the countries that gave them shelter.
Which is exactly the same thing they are trying to do to Israel.
