To: A Formerly Proud Canadian

Most trailer parks and newer subdivisions here have the community boxes as well. I’ve always thought they should do it in the cities.

They are doing it on my street before the snow flies. (Sorry, I lie. In Calgary, it has snowed in every month.) Before November, they should have the change complete. The problem is, This neighbourhood is 40+ years old and there remain quite a few original owners in their late 60s or older. For many of them, it will be tough to get their mail, especially with snow and ice covered sidewalks. I don’t know how Canada Post will deal with that.
