Probably because 4 is the station that Fiore contacted. The other stations won’t touch another’s “exclusive” for fear of giving it perceived legitimacy. In other words, “If we didn’t report it, it isn’t really news.” Ch 7 will be tied up reporting on more murders in Lib City, Overtown, etc.....
The pathetic thing is how the Miami media has IGNORED veterans dying. Oh, they’ll tell you if LeBron has a new shoe...or give you Gloria Estefan’s newest instagram....but ANYTHING that shines a true light on Obama is NOT REPORTED until Obama makes a statement...pathetic.
Channel 7 news has been referred to as the Murder Channel for many years, I remember seeing Rick Sanchez who was a reporter there, he was over the top dramatic in his reporting, very hyperactive, as with all the Ch 7 News, very high drama, it got him a job at I think CNN for awhile, but if I recall he got fired.
That was back when South Palm Beach County would get news from Broward, but not for many years now.
