As House Republican leaders prepare to unveil their plan for immigration reform, addressing the undocumented population remains the thorniest issue.
The New York Times reported Tuesday that the GOP's framework will call for a path to legal status for many of the 11.7 million immigrants living here without papers. But the document specifically opposes a "special pathway to citizenship," except for undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.

Don’t these idiots know that there is already a pathway to citizenship? It is law. Those not following the law are criminals. Those who aid and abet those not following the law are criminals also. Congress critters are not exempt and are, therefore, criminals if they try to do it any other way.
Well that settles it for me! I'm definitely going to man the phones, pound the pavement, and get out the vote for my favorite Republican! See how smart Republicans are? They oppose a "special" pathway to citizenship!

Amnesty and full citizenship and voting rights for those who flaunted our laws? Not no but HELL NO!!!!!! No part of compassion compels citizenship and voting rights for illegals??? They are ILLEGAL not “undocumented”!
My plan: undocumented aliens should be escorted out and can come back if/when they do have documents.
