Waysay! I thought that was warsaw spelled wausau. Error reminded me of that old Wausau Mutual Insurance commercial.
I agree if not arresting the complaintent a solid lecture was in order. Kid probably mouthed-offed to the cop and the cop showed that kid who’s boss. Problem cop bears watching.
