oh i agree with ya nully, it is understandable that cops fear the public at large, as they really should in this day of stasi 'police' forces...

i mearly meant that they shouldnt need to fear the citizenry, and wouldnt indeed, if they didnt perpetuate the 'us vs them' mentality of evrybody being a perp...
