Why was Nagin never called to task over that comment? Can you imagine the mayor of Boise or Billings saying he wanted his city to be a vanilla city????

Oh, but he was called to task over that in a big way. He had to call a news conference a couple days later and say you can’t make a chocolate drink without using mostly delicious white milk. LOL
