Someone should really tell the grads that unless they are going into acadamia or community activism, there aren’t too many careers where “disruptors” last very long.
And someone should also point out that if Berzerkley alums get even more of a rep for disruption, businesses will just have their HR systems disregard any job applicant with the school on their resume.
I respectfully disagree. There are new companies starting up all the time with disruptive technologies. You know who forced out the disrupters? GM, Kodak, Sears, etc etc.
I cannot stand the sight of Nancy Pelosi, but without “disrupters” we’d all be riding horses and reading by candlelight.
