Well, I still need somebody to explain to me why any Federal agencies other than Treasury (Secret Service) and FBI have any role in law enforcement.

Now can you explain to me why the Department of Education and the IRS need SWAT teams? Haven't a clue. I know that the IRS tracks down tax violators but I don't see where that should need a SWAT team. And maybe the DOE has some real hard-core truants?
