The Police Facebook page has a video on how to get out of your car if you are carjacked. Perhaps they need a video on how to avoid trouble on River St. on a Saturday night?

I’m sure that 911 phone-call-tax is in the Obamacare Health Regulations somewhere. Can’t make the call, if you don’t pay for it with some tax.
